What does “Research Use Only” mean?
All Peptryl Labs products are sold strictly as research chemicals for in-vitro laboratory use. They are not drugs, supplements, foods, or cosmetics, and they are not for human or veterinary use of any kind — nor to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Are your products third-party tested?
Yes. Every batch is independently tested by a third-party lab for purity and identity before it ships, and a certificate of analysis (COA) is available for every lot.
What purity standard do you manufacture to?
Our compounds are manufactured to a 99%+ purity standard, with full batch traceability.
How do I get a Certificate of Analysis (COA)?
A COA is available for every lot. Email support@peptryl.com with your product and batch number and we'll send it over.
What is bacteriostatic water (BAC water)?
Bacteriostatic water is a laboratory reconstitution solution — water with 0.9% benzyl alcohol — used to dissolve lyophilized research compounds for in-vitro study. It is sold as a research supply.
How should products be stored?
Store lyophilized vials cold and away from light. Once reconstituted, follow standard laboratory handling and storage guidelines.
Do you offer peptide blends?
Yes — we carry several multi-peptide research blends. You can browse them on the Peptide Blends section of the catalog.

Who can purchase from Peptryl Labs?
Purchases are limited to qualified researchers aged 21 or older, or those acting on behalf of a research institution or business, with the facilities to handle research chemicals safely and lawfully.

What payment methods do you accept?
Orders are paid by bank transfer (ACH). Payment details are shown securely at checkout.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Checkout is encrypted, and payment information is handled by our authorized payment provider.

We currently ship within the United States.
How fast will my order arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and ship in temperature-safe packaging with tracking — most arrive within a few business days of dispatch.

What is your return policy?
