These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Peptryl Labs website and your purchase of products from us ("Peptryl Labs," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing this site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. Research-use-only products

All products sold by Peptryl Labs are supplied for laboratory and research use only (RUO). They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, or dietary supplements, and they are not intended for human or veterinary use of any kind, including diagnostic, therapeutic, or clinical use. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Statements on this site have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.

2. Eligibility

To purchase, you must be at least 21 years of age and a qualified researcher, or acting on behalf of a research institution or business, with the training and facilities to handle research chemicals safely and lawfully. By ordering, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that the products will be used solely for permitted research purposes.

3. Permitted use and restrictions

You agree that you will not, and will not permit others to:

  • administer or use any product in or on humans or animals;
  • resell, repackage, or distribute products for human or veterinary consumption;
  • misrepresent the nature, purpose, or labeling of any product; or
  • use the products or site in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

You are solely responsible for compliance with all federal, state, and local laws that apply to your purchase, possession, handling, and use of the products.

4. No medical or professional advice

Information on this site, including product descriptions, scientific names, and reference materials, is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical, legal, or other professional advice. Nothing on this site should be interpreted as a recommendation to use any product in humans or animals.

5. Orders, pricing, and payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We may refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that we believe are placed for prohibited purposes. Payment is processed through our authorized payment providers; you agree to provide accurate, complete billing information and authorize us to charge the applicable amount for your order.

6. Shipping, returns, and refunds

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We make no warranty that any product is fit for human or veterinary use, as no such use is authorized.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peptryl Labs and its officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from misuse of the products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Peptryl Labs from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of any product, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is owned by or licensed to Peptryl Labs and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute site content without our prior written permission.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Peptryl Labs is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in that jurisdiction.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted to this page, and the "Last updated" date will be revised accordingly. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
