Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be confident in your order. This policy explains when returns and refunds are available. Because our products are research materials, some items cannot be returned once opened, for safety and integrity reasons.

1. Return eligibility

You may request a return of unopened, undamaged, and factory-sealed product within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition and packaging, and you must provide your order number.

2. Non-returnable items

  • vials or containers that have been opened, used, or reconstituted;
  • items not in their original, sealed condition;
  • reconstitution solutions and other consumable research supplies once opened; and
  • items marked as final sale or clearance.

3. How to start a return

Email support@peptryl.com with your order number and the items you would like to return. We will review your request and, if approved, provide return instructions. Please do not ship items back before receiving authorization.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within a reasonable processing period after approval. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

5. Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund for the affected items at no additional cost to you.

6. Lost or undelivered packages

If tracking indicates a problem or your package does not arrive, contact us and we will work with the carrier to locate it or arrange an appropriate resolution.

7. Research-use-only note

All products are supplied for laboratory research use only and are not for human or veterinary use. Returns are evaluated solely on product condition and the terms above.
