Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how and when we ship orders. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1. Order processing

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation with tracking once your order ships.

2. Shipping destinations

We currently ship within the United States. We do not ship to destinations where the sale or receipt of our products is restricted or prohibited. It is your responsibility to ensure that your order complies with the laws applicable to your location.

3. Shipping methods and cost

We offer tracked shipping in temperature-safe packaging. Standard shipping is free on qualifying orders, with any applicable shipping charges shown at checkout before you pay.

4. Transit time

Most orders arrive within a few business days of dispatch, depending on your location and the carrier. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.

5. Cold-chain handling

Products are shipped in temperature-safe packaging to protect them in transit. On arrival, store lyophilized vials cold and away from light, and follow standard laboratory handling guidelines.

6. Tracking, delays, and lost packages

A tracking number is provided for every shipment. If your tracking shows an exception or your package does not arrive within the expected window, contact support@peptryl.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.

7. Address accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment, which may incur additional shipping charges.

8. Research-use-only note

All products are supplied for laboratory research use only and are not for human or veterinary use.
